If you want to change size or you are not satisfied with the garment you have ordered, please return the product within 14 working days from the reception of the good. For each order is allowed a single request of return, and you can ask for size change, product change or refund.

To return the product you can simply follow these steps:

1) Send an email to, indicating your name, the products you want to return and the desired compensation: size change, color change, product change or refund;

The only costs you have to sustain are those related to the return of the products purchased.

Once we receive your return, Barbara Di Davide - "i Cashmere" srl has 30 days to arrange a replacement or a refund. If the size, color or article requested is not available we will contact you as soon as possible.

It must be specified that the requests will be accepted only if they meet the following requirements:

        - The items and packaging must be in original condition;

        - Articles must not have been washed or used;

        - Items must be provided with original label.

In the event that a product does not meet one of the requirements listed, you will not be entitled to a replacement or a refund. In this case the item you purchased will be returned to you, with the shipping cost at your charge.

The logistics will not accept packages sent with charging Barbara Di Davide - "i Cashmere" srl.

Return shipping costs (except for errors attributable to the company) are charged to the customer.

Refund will be made within 30 days after receiving the package, via PayPal or X-Pay for payment by credit card or by bank transfer for bank transfer. Barbara Di Davide - "i Cashmere" srl will not refund until it has received the product and verifying the condition of the same; once the status of the good is verified by the Quality Office, the administration will activate the refund practices.
